ALOHA! Welcome to our beautifully renovated ocean view hale! This is a one bedroom condo in Kapa’a on the beautiful island of Kauai.
You can enjoy listening to the ocean waves from the chairs on our oversized private lanai or with the breeze lulling you into total relaxation mode as you doze off on the hammock. When you are ready to venture out, you are just a leisurely stroll from the white sand beach. There you can watch the sun rise, walk in the sand or enjoy peaceful time by the water.
Our condo comfortably sleeps up to four guests. There is a full kitchen with a stove/oven, refrigerator and microwave. With a full kitchen at your disposal you have the option to cook (or not)! There are several BBQ’s on the property to choose from, with one even adjacent to the backside of our building- so close and convenient!
THE SPACE:
Our condo has vibrant pops of color that are inspired by the ocean and the tropical shades you can find on the island. We have fully remodeled the unit with new quartz counters in the kitchen and bathroom, new cabinets in the kitchen, new stainless steel appliances, new luxury vinyl flooring, new paint and new furniture. It truly is an island oasis.
PROPERTY:
Enjoy the tranquility of Plantation Hale which features beautifully landscaped grounds complete with 3 boutique pools, 2 jacuzzi spas, shared BBQs and shuffle board courts. It is tucked away on a peaceful side street, where you’ll enjoy a secluded feel as well as have the convenience of shops and restaurants within a very short walking distance. It is centrally located along the island’s scenic Royal Coconut Coast which is well-known for its great variety of restaurants, shopping, farmers markets, coffee shops, and beaches.
HOUSEKEEPING:
No daily cleaning service. Housekeeping services available upon advance request for a fee.
SMOKING:
The entire unit (including the lanai) is SMOKE FREE. There is a designated smoking area with a bench in the parking lot.
This is our first vacation rental and we are excited to share all of the hard work we put in to remodeling it with you, as well as how much we love the condo ourselves and hope you will see for yourselves why we enjoy how relaxing it is to sit on the lanai and take in the Kauai breeze while watching the ocean waves.
Just a short walk to Longs Drugs/CVS, Hukilau Lani, Sleeping Giant Grill, Imua Coffee Roasters, and Tree's Lounge.
Right next to the recently updated Coconut Marketplace, featuring a variety of shops and family-style/local restaurants as well as a hula lessons, ukulele lessons and a hula show with a fire knife dancer throughout the week.
A five minute walk to Lava Lava, the only restaurant in Kauai where you can dine with your feet in the sand!

The location is midway between Poipu Beach to the south and Hanalei Bay and Princeville to the north, making it very easy to get around the island in a short amount of time.
The main road around Kauai is shaped like a horseshoe with no roads on the north shore. We are located in the center of the horseshoe and equal distances to the end of the road in both directions.
Within a five minute drive you can kayak or stand-up paddle the Wailua River, hike Sleeping Giant, visit several of the island’s best waterfalls, enjoy a luau & gardens, snorkel or swim at Lydgate's tide pools, and much more.
Wailua is half way between the jungles of the North Shore and the nearly always sunny Southern Coast making a perfect base for exploring.
There is also plenty of shopping close at hand. Gift shops and art galleries abound with lots of fun little restaurants in Kapa’a town. Don't miss the farmer's market with fresh fruit and produce at bargain prices.
It is a 45 minute drive north to Hanalei or 1 hour to Ha'ena State Park (to hike the Napali coast).
