Getaway to the summer colony of Marthas Vineyard and change your pace to that of island time! This island is known for its beauty and grace drawing visitors from the White House and Hollywood alike! This home is the perfect spot for any visitor to call home for the duration of their stay on this wonderful Island! Built on an old Apple Orchard that has since been developed into a small dirt road neighborhood that has a colonial and cozy feel that makes guests feel like they have traveled back in time. Walking up to the home you are greeted by a giant American flag and classic rocker porch that you could picture your great grandparents sitting on a Sunday morning. Upon entry to the home, you are welcomed to an open concept kitchen dining and living space that allow our guests to easily entertain their friends and family alike!

This home is a 1/4 of a mile from Cannonball park, a village green that decorations are routinely displayed by the town! Edgartown Golf Club is less than 1/4 mile away, a great place for morning walks. 3/4 A mile east you can find Edgartown main street including the wharf, harbor and many different restaurants. Oak bluffs downtown and ferry dock are only 6.5 miles away as well, on the way to Oak Bluffs you can take the scenic ocean route and go over the famous Jaws Bridge as well, only 3 miles away!
