Cape Cod perfection awaits at this lovely 3BR/2BA (plus loft) home in Dennis. Located 0.2 miles from Howes Beach and 0.8 miles from Corporation Beach, it’s a 5-minute walk from your front door to the soft sand and rolling waves. The convenient locale is also a short stroll from local eateries on Main Street. After a fun-filled day, the big back deck offers plush seating and alfresco dining space.
Inside, the open layout provides plenty of room for relaxation and group fun. Highlights include a newly updated kitchen and office area.
LIVING AREA
A large sectional and sofa offer plenty of comfy seating in the living area. Kick back and watch favorite shows on the flat-screen TV.
Check emails at the desk or select a book from the library in the office.
The loft area is outfitted with a sleeper sofa.
KITCHEN & DINING
Home chefs will love the modern kitchen, newly appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. The island delivers ample preparation space and seating for two.
At mealtimes, gather around the table for six in the dining area.
BED & BATH
This three-story home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the open loft area.
Sleep soundly in a plush king-size bed in the master bedroom. The adjacent bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom holds a queen-size bed, and the second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
The third bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and a twin-size daybed with a twin trundle.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Start your morning with fresh coffee on the back deck. On sunny days, recline in a chaise lounge or sway in the shade on the backyard hammock. Enjoy a cookout on the gas grill and dine alfresco at the table for 10.
Upon returning from the beach, the outdoor shower is handy for rinsing off.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
