There are elevators at this property for easy access. The bedroom comes furnished with a queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV with cable, there is a ceiling fan and AC in the bedroom as well. The bathroom is around the corner from the bedroom and offers a uniquely tiled shower with a double-sink vanity. The calming blue tones will ease you into relaxation. This spacious 814 sq ft condo features a queen-size sleeper sofa for extra guests and wrap-around windows in the living room for ultimate ocean views inside and out paired with a flat-screen TV with cable for additional entertainment. *** Notice of Property Plumbing Project: - Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time.  - Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work. - Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. - To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM. - Dates are subject to change.  Not all units will be affected at the same time. - We have been notified that the project is pending completion around June 2026. We have decreased rates during these dates to compensate for any inconvenience. *** Effective July 1, 2025: There will no longer be a Resort Fee, and parking for the first vehicle will be free. Current Resort Fee Details (until June 30, 2025): The Papakea Resort Fee is 25 dollars per day and includes one parking permit. Any additional vehicles will incur an extra charge of 5 dollars per day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival and is not managed by My Perfect Stays.
