We're right across the street from Magic Sands Beach. At times, the sand can mysteriously disappear-this is why it's called "Magic Sands". This is a private 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo with a kitchen and private lanai. Master has 1 King bed, guest room has a Queen AND a bunk bed.

Complex includes:
- pool and hot tub
- pool table
- BBQ area
- private parking spaces right by the elevator

The sunsets and the beach are great and located right across the street. There’s a nice mix of local people and tourist. Also, there’s a great restaurant right next to the beach called Magic’s. The grocery store is just a couple miles away and there plenty of places to bbq here. Three by the pool and one next to the unit’s parking spot.
I have a 2020 Jeep Unlimited listed through Turo available for rent. Uber and Cabs are available.
