Company information
My husband and I have been professional hosts for about 6 years now. We have 3 children that enjoy meeting folks just as much as we do. They are ages 1, 4, and 11. Also we manage 2 properties. The main property we do not allow children on for safety reasons just becasue we have alot of folks traveling so often and do find it to be a child friendly environment. However, in our own home we rent two spaces and do allow children. So enjoying children is a must if you rent off of our property. We would let you know those details upfront. Hosting others is a true passion of ours. We enjoying traveling and it makes our hearts warm when a stranger opens there home to us and treats us just like family, and so we do the same! Welcome to our home.

The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors keep to themselves. There are several excellent places nearby. First IKEA is just 6 minutes away! Concord Mills is 15 minutes. NorthLake Mall is 20 minutes. SouthPark Mall is 25 minutes. Pineville Mall is 30 minutes. Captial Grill is 15 minutes. Flemings is 20 minutes. Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse is about 30 minutes away... Many great choices!
