With 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, the house is single-level with 2/3 steps into the home on the front patio and the back patio. We allow pets🐾 • Radiant Heating and Swamp Cooler Air( portable ac units also available in each room)+ ceiling fans • Master bedroom has a King-sized bed and a large ensuite bathroom • Second bedroom has a queen bed • Third bedroom has a bunk bed with two full-sized mattresses • Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, and toaster • Kitchen stocked with dishes, silverware, drinkware, mugs, and basic cookware • Manual coffee machine with coffee provided • Basic cooking utensils and cleaning supplies available • Indoor/outdoor dining for 6 with propane BBQ grill • Washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided • Bike lock-up provided in the shed and access to a hose for easy cleaning • Parking available for two cars in the driveway and additional parking on the side of the house 4-5 spots total

Near City market, Dollar General, Walgreens, and several restaurants. Close to all the needed amenities and amazing locally owned shops. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, down the street from the local high school and middle school. Our home is very family-friendly. The Fruita dinosaur museum and dinosaur trailheads.
