A fisherman's getaway or a family vacation stay! Everything you need to enjoy Aransas Pass is close by to this charming newly renovated house! The house is 4 minutes from Conn Brown Pier for the fisherman in your life. If you are looking for a day at the beach the house is 10 minutes from the ferry to take you to Port Aransas, 15 minutes from Rockport Beach, and 20 minutes from North Beach in Corpus Christi. There are many nearby attractions that you can visit during your stay - The USS Lexington, Texas State Aquarium, and The Selena Museum are just a few of the many amazing places you can visit while in Aransas Pass.

Located in a quiet coastal neighborhood. Location is great for getting to beaches and other sites in neighboring cities! Conn Brown Harbor and boat launch are a 5 minute drive, Rockport Beach is 15 minutes away, and Corpus Christi is a 19 minute drive! HEB and Walmart are right down the road! There are multiple parks close to the house. Driving around Aransas Pass and neighboring cities is the best way to travel. Traffic is very light in most areas.
