The spacious, updated interior features elegant contemporary design and thoughtful touches including bespoke bedrooms and a game room equipped with a pool table, foosball, and Ms. Pac-Man/Galaga video game cabinet. The expansive kitchen comes ready for family-style meal prep with plenty of counter space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Full meals can be enjoyed at the dining table. Enjoy casual downtime and evening entertainment in the living room with shows and movies on the smart TV. Flip on the electric fireplace for an added touch of ambiance. Two main bedrooms include smart TVs and private en suite bathrooms. Two themed children's bedrooms share en suite access to a third bathroom. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer and dryer. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
