This room has an individual entry from the covered patio, private bathroom, queen-sized bed and has been uniquely decorated to create a relaxed but sophisticated desert experience. There are no televisions or phones, however, you can connect to the Internet using our wireless network. All rooms are non-smoking. - Respect: Our neighbors are very nice folks, and we enjoy the quiet and harmonious environment together. Please do not party and/or cause loud noises to help us maintain this peaceful environment. This home is very loved. Please treat it with respect, and it will respect you. 9pm quiet hours in the desert! This is strictly enforced. If you foresee this being a problem for you, we'd kindly ask that you please consider another home. We take great care in being respectful to our neighbors. - Trash Disposal You will find trash bags in the cabinet under the sink of the kitchen. When the trashcan is full, please remove the trash bag and take it to trash bin in front of the house (when you head out of the driveway, the road forks - go to the left and you'll find the bins at the end of the driveway). Trash gets picked up by the county every Tuesday. - Parties or Events We do not allow guests to throw parties or events in our home. Quiet Hours in the neighborhood start at 9pm. Again, this will be strictly enforced. If you're looking to party or consistently make loud noise, this will not be the house for your group. - Smoking The home is a non-smoking environment. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarettes in the trash. We appreciate your cooperation! - Fire pit There is an outdoor fire pit area. if you would like to use it, please plan to bring your own firewood and make sure this is the only area you light fires in and keep it under control. The desert is VERY dry and fires can go up in an INSTANT. The area is also very windy and as such fires can travel at incredible speeds here.
