The closest neighbor is a few hundred yards away. You can see houses from on top of the hill, but you are on an 11-acre lot surrounded by farm fields and large residential lots. It's awesome! Neighborhood is quiet. Likely the only thing you will interact with on the property are the deer that wander the hills. Plenty of parking at the house. In the direct "neighborhood" you are mainly on gravel roads so we ask that you drive slow and try not to kick up too much dust for the neighbors. You will notice when you get to Eureka, MT that the pace is a little slower. People are not in a huge rush to get where they are going and we love that about Eureka and Montana in general.
