The area is a perfect base to explore the Colorado River, Lake Mohave and the Mojave Desert, historic mining towns and the casinos of neighboring Laughlin, Nevada. No fees to use the beach, no wake zone, private dock to fish, directly across from Harrahs, beautiful views, tie up a jet ski or a boat, has a boat launch next door at the park or at the riverside across the way, 45 second walk to the beach, enjoy lunch with the family, bbq and walk back to your unit to cool off, enjoy a firepit at night while you look at the beautiful lights of the Harrahs and other casinos
