Tropic Reservoir, another local fishing secret is located a short scenic 20 miles accessed by ATV through Proctor Canyon. In addition Panguitch Lake is 30 minutes accessible by ATV or vehicle. We want you to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, so please take a moment to review our house rules: 1. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 pm, and check-out time is 10:00 am. Please adhere to these times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for the next guests. 2. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside or on the property. 3. Pets: Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made and additional fees have been paid. 4. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
