Salty’s Retreat is your waterfront vacation home in Crystal River with a 50’ private dock, 2 boat ramps down the road for public use, park your trailer on property. 3 beds | 2 baths | sleeps 6-8 - (king size bed, queen bed, two twin beds, comfy couches). In-home laundry room. Ice cold AC units in each room, you can control the temp. Full kitchen equipped with coffee station. Gas BBQ grill + patio table & chairs for outdoor dining. Screened-in porch with plenty of seating. Fenced-in yard.

Salty's Retreat is located in Montezuma Waters Community half way down Fort Island Trail. On Fort Island Trail, approximately 1 mile from our community, you will find the Ft Island Trail Park (12073 W Fort Island Trail) a public park featuring a riverside boardwalk, fishing pier, boat ramp & picnic pavilion. At the end of Fort Island Trail (16000 W Fort Island Trail), you will find the Fort Island public beach with white-sands featuring covered picnic tables and & restrooms as well as another public boat ramp with a fishing pier. You can rent a pontoon boat or kayaks at the Twin Rivers Marina (2880 N Seabreeze Point). If you have a large vessel, and want deep waters to launch, we suggest Pete's Pier Marina - you are only a minutes away from Salty's Retreat. Salty's Retreat is just minutes from Kings Bay and the springs where you can swim with the Manatees. It is also located 10 minutes from Downtown Crystal River where you will have plenty of options for daytime shopping, Manatee and Kayaking excursions or an unforgettable nightlife. Grocery stores like Aldi, Publix, Walmart and Target are a few miles away. If you are looking to load up the boat with fuel, there is a Race Trac on Hwy 44 on the right side before you get to US19 or on US19 on the right before you get to Fort Island Trail - both with ample room to pull in large sized vessels.
