This adorable 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage welcomes you to the Cape with warmth and embraces you with charm. Polished wood floors throughout, and seaside decor in every room, + a reading nook, 2 writing desks, and lots of storage space. Window AC units in every room. High speed internet with streaming service on a flat screen TV above the fireplace. The yard has ample space for kids or pups to run around safely, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower. The long curved driveway has loads of parking spots
I have a representative property manager close by if needed but I am out of state.
It's just a short 10 minute (0.8 mile) walk to Sea Street Beach. Next door to an organic farmstand for fresh summer produce. Fun summer restaurants within 5 minutes, too. Your best summer ever awaits! You can walk to the beach and many summer restaurants or bike to main street with fun shops to explore.
