Walkable convenience in the heart of Long Beach is yours at this all-new cottage! Completed in 2022, this retreat offers prime coastal living and all the modern comforts of home. Make the most of the outdoors with morning coffee on the covered front porch and afternoon cookouts using the gas grill on the covered back deck. The yard is also fenced for safe all-day play. There is a security camera that covers the parking area for the safety of our guests.
The bright, single-level interior comes well-appointed with stylish design and updated furnishings throughout. Plan at-home meals easily in the stainless steel full kitchen and dine together at the table set for six. The living area sets the stage for casual downtime with a cozy gas fireplace, plush seating, a smart TV, and a collection of board games for added family fun. The bedrooms also come equipped with a smart TV for guest convenience.
Home essentials include thermostat-controlled space heaters in each room, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

EV charger is located on the front porch on the northeast corner. Please bring your own charging cord. (240 volt, 50 amp, straight)

This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
