Family-friendly comfort and a convenient location close to municipal amenities and year-round recreation are what you'll find at this brand-new home. Completed in 2023, this inviting retreat is a model of modern design and comes fully furnished for a carefree vacation getaway. The fully enclosed backyard includes grassy space for kids to play and a covered patio furnished with a gas grill and dining set for authentic Texas barbecues. Gas, groceries, retail shops, and convenient dining options are less than a mile away. You'll also be within easy reach of some fantastic parks, public green spaces, and great golf options. The home is within 11 miles of the airport and downtown is just over 25 miles away. Its proximity to HCA Kingswood and several area hospitals also makes this a great choice for traveling nurses and health professionals. Other nearby attractions include Jesse H. Jones Park & Nature Center, Old Town Spring, Mercer Botanic Gardens, Old MacDonald's Farm, Six Flags Hurricane Harbor, and the National Museum of Funeral History.
The home's open-concept layout is designed for family gatherings. The full kitchen makes it easy to whip up home-cooked meals and a dishwasher is included for easy cleanup. A new sofa and smart TV set the stage for movie nights or lazy afternoons. There's even a dedicated workspace with a desk and computer monitor for remote working needs. Primary guests will enjoy private en suite features including a smart TV and an attached bathroom with a walk-in closet.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
