Our home is located at the end of a historic mid-century gravel road, offering privacy and seclusion. To reach it, continue past the neighborhood onto the wooded road and carefully cross the small private concrete bridge.
Please note:
The gravel backroad is narrow and uneven in places, with low-hanging branches and muddy patches after rain.
Motorcycles, low-clearance, or oversized vehicles are not recommended.
In inclement weather, all-wheel or four-wheel drive is strongly advised.

The property is also conveniently located near major highways, making it easy to get around the city. A NOTE ON PROPERTY ACCESSABILITY:
To access the property, there are approximately 3–5 steps at the front entryway. Once inside, you'll be on the second floor, where you'll find the main living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms.
Alternatively, the basement can be accessed either from the upstairs level or through the garage. If entering through the garage, there are no stairs to navigate. Guests can park directly outside the garage, and someone inside the home can unlock the door by entering through the front door, going downstairs to the garage level, and opening it from the inside.
The basement features one bedroom, one full bathroom, and a second living area.
Please note that there is a full flight of stairs between the basement and the upstairs level, both when ascending and descending.
Ample free parking is available in the driveway in front of the garage, and the garage itself can accommodate up to two vehicles. Additionally, there is a single parallel parking space located along the sidewalk leading to the front door.
From the garage parking area, it’s approximately 125 feet to the front door. From the parallel parking space along the sidewalk, the distance is roughly 65 feet.
