Nice, clean second floor oceanfront triplex with great ocean views. Owner requests tenants to clean up after themselves to maintain the low rates - NO cleaning service is provided. This second floor duplex is ocean front in Ship Bottom on 5th street and close to shops, and the entrance to the Island for quick on and off. Homeowners recently upgraded kitchen and carpeting.
