The expansive living room features a handsome wood-burning fireplace, while the upstairs studio apartment offers plenty of privacy and comfort. Take the Truckee River Bike Trail and explore Squaw Valley's rich culinary scene and choose from an array of top-tier ski resorts in the winter months. Family-style cookouts and rejuvenating soaks in the hot tub await in your private backyard. LIVING AREAS A wood-burning fireplace with fine stonework sits center stage in the Great Room. Two plush sofas invite you to relax and watch a movie on the 55in TV. Another living area in the studio features a cozy loveseat, gas fireplace, and a 42in TV. KITCHEN & DINING Channel your inner chef in the first-floor kitchen, outfitted with plenty of cookware and gadgets. Ample counter space and natural light make meal prep simple. Two can keep the chef company at the breakfast bar, while the dining table seats eight to family-style meals. The studio offers another well-equipped kitchen. Two can share tasty recipes at a charming, sunlit breakfast table. BED & BATH This two-story cabin sleeps 10 guests between three downstairs bedrooms and an upstairs studio apartment. The master suite features a king-size bed, 42in TV, and access to the wraparound deck. Find a sparkling walk-in shower in the en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom holds a queen bed plus a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Both of these bedrooms include a flat-screen TV. The guest bathroom is outfitted with a freestanding soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Sleep soundly in the studio apartment on a queen-size bed. A walk-in rain shower awaits in the en-suite bathroom. OUTDOOR AREAS Dine alfresco at a table for eight on the wraparound deck.
