This Stratton ski lodge comes complete with everything you could ever want and all the things you didn't know needed for the perfect Green Mountain getaway. Along with a parking pass for the base lodge at Stratton and a heated, two-car garage, this cozy escape with amazing home highlights including a private hot tub, a furnished outdoor area, and a game room. A wood-burning fireplace provides a toasty centerpiece for casual home gatherings in the living room. For some happy hour entertainment, head into the game room to challenge friends and family to a few rounds of pool. There's a dedicated desk up in the loft for anyone who needs to catch up on some remote work. The impressive full kitchen comes well-equipped for gourmet family meal stylings. Dinners can be shared around the large dining table. Blue sky days can be spent out on the deck. A gas grill is included for afternoon cookouts and alfresco dining. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
