Nestled along Santa Rosa Creek, just one block from the restaurants and shops in Cambria s East Village, Smith s Landing offers you a single-level, private oasis.
If you love to cook, you will love our indoor and outdoor gourmet kitchens. If you love to dine, Cambria has great take-out, and our Mission Revival offers a large farmhouse table inside, and an even larger table on our backyard deck.
After dining, you ll have your choice of walking down to the creek, soaking in the hot tub, sunning or stargazing, playing roulette, craps, blackjack, or poker on our casino gaming table, or collapsing into our sectional sofa, in front of a fire, to read, watch your favorite shows, or nap.
Two of our bedrooms offer queen-size beds with new foam mattresses, removable pillow tops, soft cotton sheets, and down-alternative comforters. The third bedroom doubles as a den or office, with a trundle bed and a desk. All three bedrooms have smart TV s with Spectrum internet, and sleep timers.
The main bathroom has a shower over the tub. There s a second, half bath, adjacent to the kitchen, a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, and a mud room.
Dogs are welcome at Smith s Landing, inside and out. The backyard is fully fenced and secure.
Off-street parking is available for three vehicles, in addition to a detached, single-car garage.
