Indulge in resort-style amenities at this newly remodeled 6BR/5BA duplex, located in the gated Springs of Arrowhead community. Your beautifully appointed getaway boasts 3,706 square feet of living space, including two living areas and a large private deck. Complimentary extras include the on-demand shuttle service to Arrowhead Village, as well as access to a shared pool and hot tub.( Pool/Hot Tub closed from 9/22-11/28)
Enjoy mountain activities at both Arrowhead Resort and Beaver Creek, explore downtown Avon or the Riverwalk at Edwards offering a plethora of dining, shopping, and entertainment -- both just 2.5 miles away.
LIVING AREAS
Lounge on a plush leather sofa and matching armchairs next to the gas fireplace. Watch a movie on the 65” flat-screen TV or step out to the large deck for a breath of fresh mountain air. Deck has a gas grill.
Unwind downstairs in the bonus living room equipped with a leather sofa, armchairs, and 65” flat-screen TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
Whip up vacation meals in the completely remodeled kitchen, equipped with a quartz countertop, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for six.
An elegant antler chandelier hangs above the dining table set for eight.
BED & BATH
This duplex sleeps 18 guests between six bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa. Five full bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.
The private master suite has a king bed, seating area, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and direct access to the deck. The en-suite bathroom boasts a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub.
The second bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and access to a shared en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Upstairs, the third bedroom features a king bed, while the fourth bedroom has a king bed and seating area.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
