A 1976 gem with a new modern flare and a gorgeous private pool and jacuzzi. 3 bedrooms with double-sleeping headquarters in each bedroom + inflatables (3) A fully equip kitchen, High-Speed AT&;T Internet. Easy access to all freeways that can you to The Houston Zoo(20min), Museum District, CityCenter(10min), TheMedCenter(21 min), NRG, MinuteMaidPark(24min) and much more! For parents: We have left behind life jackets, a pack-n-play, and a kid booster seat, and floaties. Side note: 20bucks UBER XL ride to downtown

We sit right next to the WESTPARK tollway, a tollway that runs east and west just like the I10 Interstate and will get you to the galleria in 10 minutes and to downtown in about 20minutes! Also, our point of reference is where WESTPARK tollway meets SAM HOUSTON TOLLWAY which is a 360 looping freeway that will also need to anywhere very conveniently. For my leisure-travelers the pool is definitely the highlight feature of this home; We re-plastured the Pool, keeping the deepest end of the pool 8ft but shortening the smaller end to about 2ft (toddler-friendly height). And we can’t forget the Backyard. Plenty of outdoor space perfect for entertaining including a small pit for a good wood-fire for cold nights, a charcoal grill for some nice steaks next to your private pool, and a beautiful covered seating area with patio Popular ETAs: Turkey Leg Hunt 17 mins George Bush Intercontinental airport 35 mins Color Factory: 16 mins Hobby Airport 29 mins Galveston Beach: 1 Hr 15 mins For our laundry room, a new set of LG washer and dryer were installed for my long term guest.
