This property has three bedrooms and two bathrooms Pets are allowed for a pet fee Early check in or check out is must be approved This lovely vacation rental includes: •Beach boards/Chairs/cooler •Baby Bassinet/high chair/pack in play •Gas Grill (propane not included) •Patio table & chairs •Washer/dryer (laundry pods included) .Dishwasher(dishwasher pods included) •Garbage Disposal •Three Queen mattresses and one Queen inflatable mattress •Ice Maker •Filter Water Pitcher •Microwave/Toaster/ Toaster oven •Self check-in •A laptop-friendly workspace •Free parking (holds 4 vehicles) •Wifi •TV in every bedroom •Heater, central air conditioning •Hair dryer •Iron •No smoking indoors ****Absolutely no parties. If you would like to host a party there’s a fee*** ****Damaged/Stained bath towels will be charged **** Guest will have access to the entire house and back yard. Check in is 4p.m. - Check out is 11am The master bedroom features an extra large bathroom and walk in closet. All three bedrooms have queen beds with 100% white cotton sheets, comforter, duvet cover and hypoallergenic/bedbug proof mattress cover. The bedrooms have mounted flat screen TVs with access to Netflix and YouTube using Roku. Bathrooms have floss, Q-tips, make up removers, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The backyard is a good size and has a fire pit, grill, table/chairs as well as Moringa and banana trees. Guests are welcome to use the moringa leaves for tea, as it is very high in nutrients. We provide beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and beach boards). There is a high chair, bassinet and pack in play for your little one and plenty of board games to keep the kids entertained! The Coffee station is in the kitchen with coffee pods and cream/sugar to start your day. The kitchen is fully equipped providing stainless steel pots, pans, bowls and utensils needed to make any meal. I am available right away if you have any questions
