The Lando has all the touches of home for you including upscale bedding, stocked kitchen, and more to make the most of your vacation!  Perfect for the avid fisher, The Lando now has a permanent RV home so no need to look and search for a spot to have it delivered to which means there are also no delivery or pickup fees! Located on HWY3 just 10 minutes from Hochatown, The Lando shares it home with another camper and two tiny cabins. Make yourself at home in The Lando. The camper that's more than just a camper, it's your home away from home! Currently, Wifi is unavailable Rental agreement is required. Rental agreement & guest portal link will be sent at booking. Welcome email will be sent the week of your check in, includes specific driving direction, door code, and more. Please note, welcome message will not be sent until rental agreement is returned. Camper will be available from 4:00pm on day of check in to 10:00am on day of check out. Early check in and late check out are unavailable. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for unforeseeable events that will result in you being unable to go on your vacation. Purchasing travel insurance is the responsibility of the person making the reservation. ATV's and other type vehicles are not permitted to use throughout neighborhood per HOA rules. Guest agree to: Max Capacity: No more than 6 people allowed due to septic system limitations Undisclosed guests are prohibited Person on reservation must be present during stay No overcrowding, guest limitations are enforced No events including parties or weddings Not cut down any trees or limbs Not use fireworks Not overbuild fires Not build any fire outside of designated area Not leave any fire unattended Not remove used firewood No SMOKING of any kind inside Be respectful to entirety of property and surrounding cabins Quiet Hours: 10PM-8AM Leave camper in reasonable condition
