Nestled near the shoreline, this 3BR/2.5BA condo offers a newly remodeled home base for your Gulf Coast adventures. Bask in the coastal breeze on the 2nd-story deck, or soak up the sun at the sparkling community pool. Walk to the beach in minutes, just a few blocks away. Light and airy decor and updated furnishings create the perfect home-away-from-home.
LIVING AREA
The open living area offers comfy seating on two sofas -- one of which converts to a sleeper sofa. Make some popcorn and enjoy a movie on the 85” flat-screen TV with DirecTV, cable, and a soundbar. A wooden bar seats two, providing a quaint spot for morning coffee.
KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare tasty home-cooked meals in the modern kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances.
When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining table with seating for up to six.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This tri-level condo sleeps up to six guests in the three bedrooms.
Located on the ground level, the master suite is furnished with a stately king bed and a 43” flat-screen TV. The en-suite master bathroom is outfitted with a double vanity and a walk-in shower.
On the third floor, the second bedroom is furnished with a king bed and 43” TV, while the third guest room has a queen bed. A Jack-and-Jill bathroom between the rooms features a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.
A convenient half-bath is adjacent to the second-floor dining area.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Breathe the fresh coastal air from the second-story deck, furnished with patio seating for five and a coffee table.
Make a splash in complex’s sparkling pool, just steps from your unit.
EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS
Extras perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Dedicated parking is available for one car directly in front of the condo. Additional unassigned parking for one vehicle may be available on-site on a first-come, first-serve basis – but is not guaranteed.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
