Property information

The Mermaids Den is a bright and beautifully decorated two-level home that offers high-end furnishings and plenty of room for everyone. On the upper floor is the main room with the living, kitchen, and dining areas. You can relax on a comfortable sectional in front of the fireplace and take in the ocean views or watch a show on the flatscreen cable TV. The home’s balcony has patio furniture and is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a glass wine in the evening will also admire a stunning sunset. After a day on the beach with the kids and family dog, return home and relax in this home’s private, hot tub on the back patio.

Neighbourhood information

The home is located off Highway 101 just south of the town of Gold Beach. You are just steps away from the beach where you can spend the day flying a kite, building sandcastles or just taking a long leisurely stroll. Gold Beach, with its fun shops, great restaurants, and exciting Jet Boat rides on the Rogue River is just over a mile from the home.
