A charming, modern condo in a prime, downtown location. This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo is steps away from everything. You will feel welcomed from the moment you walk in the door. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, charming living room with brand new comfortable furniture. Upstairs you will find 2 spacious bedrooms with plush, inviting beds. Enjoy the spacious upper level deck or the lower level patio with a view of the beautiful Kalamazoo River.
THE SPACE:
The condo is newly renovated with a carefully selected Southern meets Swedish aesthetic. The highlights of this property are the location and the view of the waterfront. The condo is steps away from shopping, dining, and a fun, vibrant waterfront community. It is also close to other area attractions like Oval Beach, Holland, and Saugatuck.
