Next, it’s five o’clock somewhere at your on-site tropical bar tucked into the garage-conversion game room, which features an air hockey table, darts, and Ping-Pong. If breakfast is in order, the well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample countertop space to prepare your favorite recipes. Between the dining table, barstools, and patio table on the deck, there’s seating for everyone at mealtime. This unit is in a gated community. When it’s time to slip into your swimsuit and head to the complex’s heated community pool, hot tub, or beach. Nearby, you can book a bay or Gulf charter to fish or see dolphins, go golfing, fish from the Port Aransas Jetty, rent a golf cart to get around or choose from dozens of nearby restaurants and bars for a bite to eat. When you return, tune in to one of the home’s eight TVs, all equipped with streaming capabilities you can use with your own accounts. Things to Know **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
