Studio located just 6 minutes from SFSU, Sonestown Shopping Mall, and Golden Gate Park. With your own private entrance, you'll enjoy a peaceful and independent stay. Public transportation is in walkin distance. No cooking is allowed but fridge, microwave, complementary Kcup coffee with maker are in your studio plus a working desk, tv in the room. New bathroom was just remodeled few years ago. The owner lives upstairs, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment while respecting your privacy.
