If you love large space, comfort and neatness look no further; this space is designed for you. This stylish suite offers all of the comfort and convenience without any compromises. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and top of the line quartz counter tops. The kitchen is new and clean and equipped with full fridge, cooker (range), oven, microwave, Coffee & Coffee maker, dish washer, pots, pans, plates, toaster/oven, Electric Water boiler, Air fryer, etc.The entire property has 3 individual/separate and spacious private suites. Each suite is truly spacious, with additional locks, queen-size bed, sheets and comforters, dresser/mirror, night stand, work desk, wall-mounted TV, fan, Fridge, Iron and Ironing Board; and a private exclusive bathroom with a standing shower, vanity, towels, tissue papers, Soap, and other toiletries. Note: The suite is spacious and private with locks. The following common areas are shared with other guests: Sitting room, Kitchen, Dinning room, and spacious hallways.
I will be available to welcome and greet the guests, and give them the needed orientation so that they can be familiarized with the space and available amenities, including the equipment, designated parking space, and the security systems and access codes, among others. Note: I do not share the common areas or amenities with guests, and do not live in the same floor. I am a professional business consultant -- a CPA by profession.
The community is friendly, relatively quiet and peaceful, and populated by middle-age- working class professional adults. The surrounding is clean and tidy. SHOPPING CENTER: A large shopping center (Woodmore Town Center) housing stores like, Costco, Best buy, Wegman, Nostrom Rack, Old Navy, At Home, Chipotle, Silver Dinner, Star Bucks, etc, is within a walking distance for any persons that love to shop and dine. LOCAL ATTRACTIONS: Are in abundance in the area: 1. Allen Pond Park (a park). 2. Prince Georges Stadium (Sports complexes) 3. National Capital Radio & Television Museum (Specialty Museum) 4.
