Enjoy breathtaking views over Vallecito Lake and surrounding hills from large picture windows, comfy furniture and big screen TV. Plenty of private and sitting areas to gather and to rest up, for more adventures. You'll like the outdoor decks, BBQ grill and kitchens with dishwashers. This easy to find location is walking distance to the lake and marina. You can purchase a fishing license and rent any kind of boat, with life vests. There are restaurants and markets a few minutes' drive up 501, with the lake on your right. There are 3 bedrooms, and up to four, fold-out couches-futons on request. We like to set up the spaces based on your needs, so please share in advance. Come up to cool off and explore!
We hope you will enjoy the house and this area as much as we do. Please reach out, if you need anything. We stay nearby and answer the phone even from the boat on Vallecito Reservoir. Every year we make improvements on the house. We delight in setting it up to suit your group. Please let us know how many beds you would like. Have fun!
Fresh lake breezes. Walking distance to the marina with rental boats of every variety, including life vests, fishing licenses, tackle and snacks. Walking trails along the lake from both ends of the marina parking lot, with benches along the trail, North of the marina. Covered picnic tables and restrooms at the marina. 5-minutes drive to restaurants, small grocery stores, churches and live music events. Hiking trails into the hills from every direction, around the lake.
