Water view is a lovely neighborhood home with a beautiful view of the neighborhood lake. It is close to everything the space coast offers including beaches, shopping and dining in downtown Melbourrne, an hour drive to Kennedy Space Center, an hour from the theme parks of Orlando. You can watch a rocket launch right from the front yard or go fishing in the rivers lakes or ocean.
Welcome to Waterview! We are excited to share our home with you. We are proud of the home we have created with its picturesque views, comfortable amenities and attention to detail. We love traveling, cooking (and eating!) and are involved in our church. We came to the space coast for the aerospace industry and we love it! We hope you do too.
Waterview is located near many attractions. Within driving distance of about an hour you can find the theme parks of Orlando, the Kennedy Space Center, as well as tourist destinations like Cocoa Beach. Even closer are beaches, lakes, fishing, shopping, restaurants and any activity you can think of like live music, bars, kayak rentals, air boat rides, you name it!
