With a cozy front porch and a spacious deck, this two-story home offers plenty of space to relax outdoors. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy an afternoon cookout. A partially fenced backyard provides added privacy while you dine. There's more room to prepare meals in the home's well-equipped kitchen, which features a bar area with seating. The adjacent dining room offers extra space to share meals. Spend your mornings sipping coffee in the sitting area and end your days with a movie night on the living area's smart TV.
Outdoor adventure awaits at nearby Red Jacket Park or Keuka Lake State Park, where you can hike scenic trails, fish in the open waters, or go for a refreshing swim. For winter enthusiasts, Bristol Mountain is less than 30 miles away and offers some of the best skiing in the area. Just a short walk to Main Street, and you'll be able to enjoy all the best restaurants and the brewery. Stop by one of the many nearby wineries for tastings and tours. Don't forget to check out the seasonal First Friday Farmer's Market and the big 4th of July fireworks display in Branchport.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
