this is a Private Basement Unit with 1 room 2 Queen beds-emergency Kitchen with small fridge-outdoor Grill and table and chair (Portable- oven-air fryer-toaster-microwave-rice cooker-coffee maker- Percolator-electric Pan) -bathroom-living and dining room-all doors have lock-main entrance-parking lot-WIFI-very quiet neighborhood. i charge 1 time cleaning ____ for more than 1 night stay but if you stay only 1 night no charge. i also accept long term just email me on here. very important no smoking inside the room or around the basement. Smoking outside the house. if you smoke inside anytime, i will ask you to leave. this RULE is a must follow. have flat screen tv
