Rooms in the house are rented out individually. There are cameras in common areas (kitchen, living room, hallway, patio, garage front). Pillows and blankets will be provided according to the number of guests booked. You can leave a note when you book or send me a message after booking and let me know if you need any accommodations. I will try my best to fulfill it. Guests can park on the driveway of the house as shown in photos. There are also additional designated parking slots around the corners of the neighborhood. I strongly suggest you park in these slots first. The home is furnished to provide guests with a modern style in a smart home. I consider my needs and solve them for my guests as I know they would have the same needs when they travel. It would be very convenient and comfortable to stay in ZenHomes.
I’m a working professional. I love traveling and tasting delicious cuisines. I have been traveling to a decent number of places and encountered issues as well as good experiences. Now while I’m at home, I would love the provide a comfortable and convenient experience to my guests. Welcome to ZenHomes. The room in the listing "Queen Room" is a master bedroom in a townhome. It has 1 large queen bed, where 2 adults can sleep. There is also an extra single sofabed, where another person can sleep as well, or you can use it as a seating area in the room. So total this room can fit 3 guests. There is a private bath inside the room along with a half bath downstairs near the living room. There is a desk and a chair that suit for remote work. The room in the listing "Double Deluxe Room" is a private bedroom that shares a bathroom with the other room (I live in that room some days, and other days might or might not be other guests). This room can sleep 2 people. There is a desk and a chair that suit for remote work.
This is a newly built neighborhood (2021). Everything is new, clean and modern. This place is in Brandon and in the border with Tampa, so there is no difference. 10 minutes to Brandon mall and all the restaurants, shopping, services that you might need. 10 minutes to HardRock cafe and casino for night life or some entertainment during your stay. 20 minutes to TPA (Tampa airport), Busch Gardens, Tampa downtown, USF. Convenient and safe location.
