Property information

The Luxury Guest House is built on the Mountain side with the Mountain as our back yard. The Guest House was architecturally designed to have a Luxury experience and a Mediterranean feeling with sea views over False Bay from every room and a private balcony or terrace for each room. The House is within walking distance to the centre of town and 700m/10 minutes walk to the famous Penquin beach of Boulders. Go for a walk up the mountain with a path at our entrance if you choose or lay by the plunge pool looking over the Sea soaking up the sun on one of our sun loungers. The Luxury and carefully designed rooms each feature air conditioning, heated towel rail, free wifi, flat screen T.V with multiple international channels, bar fridge, hair dryer, espresso machine & tea facility.

Neighbourhood information

Our area is safe and very quiet, we have security watching the premises 24/7. Settled in Simon's Town, with Boulders Beach 700m down the road. Swim with in crystal clear water around boulders and soak up the sun. Or in Winter come and enjoy Whale Season and watch the whales breach from your own balcony. We look forward on welcoming you on a trip to remember. We have great Restaurants in the area that offer some of the best seafood, meat in Cape Town, and other varieties that cater for all.
