This lovely apartment is ideal for a couple who needs a quiet space, yet close to all amenities and attractions. It is within walking distance to most attractions and shops. very private and secure. Comfortable, quaint , cosy and so central. This lovely studio is in the heart of Sea Point , offering the best of both worlds - a holiday lifestyle while remaining close to all modern conveniences and amenities in the nearby CBD, and with it's vibrant and diverse community.
