We have a single story home with magnificent views over the whole of false bay - our house is situated directly above the yacht basin - it is north facing which means it is beautifully sunny all day ! The home is open plan with the living area in the middle and the 2 bedrooms on either side - it is completely enclosed with fencing and electrical fencing
We love people / outdoors / hiking / kayaking and mountain biking
This home is very centrally situated
- there are coffee shops / resturaunts/ boutiques / swimming beaches /all within walking distance - the famous boulders beach our penguins is a five minute drive away - clovelly golf course is a 15 minute drive - and the waterfront / table mountain in Capetown is a 40 minute drive away .
