Situated in a quiet area on a cul-de-sac, this fully equipped self contained ground floor apartment leads onto a spacious patio with BBQ facilities and a lovely tree filled garden with tons of bird life. We are less than a KM from town but isolated from the madding crowd.
My husband and i are pensioners. I mainly keep myself occupied around the house and garden but also am a passionate needle worker and embroiderer. My husband is a keen golfer.
As mentioned above, our neighborhood is quiet and tranquil and if you are lucky you will sometimes spot one of the local antelope busy trimming the foliage. Traffic noise is zero.
The local 9 hole golf course is 3km away and blue flag beaches less than 5km.
Wind surfing, beech walks, hiking trails, bird watching, river, surf and rock fishing on your doorstep, so to speak. Deep sea fishing easily arranged from our local harbor 4km away.
