Situated 50 m off the beach with private beach access and heated swimming pool, this stunning 2-bedroom apartment with secure garage parking, provides the most beautiful, uninterrupted views of Table Mountain and the sea. The Melkbos lights at night provide a perfect setting for sundowners with a comfortable indoor braai overlooking the ocean. The apartment is located in Van Riebeeckstrand, Melkbosstrand. It has its own separate entrance from a downstairs garage parking.
Minimal interaction
Melkbosstrand is a quiet, safe coastal town about 45 minutes from the city centre. Numerous restaurants are available. There are supermarkets and all convenience stores. The MyCiti bus network links Melkbosstrand to all the tourist areas in and around Cape Town. There are beautiful farms surrounding Melkbosstrand, some having restaurants for lazy afternoon lunches. The Melkbos beachfront has numerous restaurants and cafes. The beaches are clean and safe to walk on. Use the MyCiti bus network. Nearest bus stop located 5 minutes walk away.
