Fishing, mountain biking and game drives are offered on the property as well as guided nature trails.
Beyond the tar road leading to Tomjachu Bush Retreat the route follows a gravel road not suitable for low suspension sports cars. Please feel free to contact us regarding the access roads if you have any queries or concerns.
Tomjachu Bush Retreat offers a variety of self-catering accommodations. Specific units have a private plunge pool and there is also a communal swimming pool at Homestead. The units feature African-inspired décor, there are seating and dining areas specific to the self-cater units, fans, and tea-and-coffee-making facilities. The self-cater units come with a fully equipped kitchens and specific offer a view of Bekker Mountain.
Meals are available upon request in the Lodge Dining room. An array of activities can be enjoyed in the surroundings, including Kruger tours and Scenic Route Tours outsourced to a specialist guide.
Nelspruit Golf Club is within 7.5 mi, the Mbombela Stadium is 25 minutes’ drive away and the Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport is within a 40-minute drive. The Malelane entrance to Kruger National Park is within 50 mi.
