Incredible location! Only 1 block away from Brussels Central Train station and sooo close to Grand Place. The rooms were OK and clean. The breakfast was great with lots of options and space to sit. It was not crowded at all. If I ever go back to Brussels I will stay in this same hotel.

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Clean room and bathroom, free car parking. We spent 2 nights at IBIS Wavre to enjoy Walibi amusement park. 20min walking from hotel. Room was great for family of 4 in one room to sleep well and take a relaxing shower after the entire day in Walibi.

    It was the first time we stayed in Ibis hotels. We were really surprised by very clean rooms, good service. Also the location vas very good because nrar the hotel are tram and bus stations so it is easy to reach any locations. The neighbourhood seemed okay and safe. The staff was really friendly. Breakfast was simple yet tasty and we found what to eat every morning. Really great rhing that the breakfast started from 6.30 a.m.,that way we did not miss it because of our plans.

    I've stayed at IBIS hotels before in other countries. These guys are great. Always a nice location, amazing staff and all the basic comfort and tools. Didn't let me down this time either. Definitely recommended.
