The staff were always cheerful and approachable. That really makes a difference. I had stayed recently at the Ibis in Manchester and staff there were horrendous and generally rude. Location was great and the internet worked well for my needs as I was working remotely.

    It's like any other Ibis hotels, rooms are small but very comfortable. Wifi is one of the best I've seen lately: it connects back as soon as you walk in and there's no need to keep authenticating. The neighbourhood is quiet but with lots of shopping options, nice cafés. Two of the best pastelarias in Lisbon have stores nearby: Manteigaria and Aloma.

    The stay at the Ibis hotel was excellent. The room was very clean, location of the hotel was great, easy to reach by metro if you are arriving from the airport. What made the stay even better was the incredible staff which were always welcoming and eager to help.The service that we got was something that you could expect from a 4 star hotel. We would highly recommend it.
