Situated directly opposite Saint Bavo's Cathedral in the centre of Ghent, this hotel offers modern rooms with a flat-screen TV. Hotel ibis Gent includes a 24-hour front desk and a bar which serves a selection of local beers and Belgian specialties. This hotel is in the perfect location. The breakfast was excellent, our room had a wonderful view and was very clean. All of the staff were so friendly. Charlie & Rebecca were particularly helpful when our flight home was cancelled and helped arrange further accommodation. Another man (also named Charlie) in the bar was super friendly as were the ladies who ran the breakfast room. Thanks for everything! We loved staying here.

Come and explore the wonderful city of Kortrijk from its very heart and enjoy the convenient, elegant accommodation of the Hotel ibis, right next to the train station and only 2 km from the Kortrijk Xpo halls. Breakfast and staff and location were very good!

Well. I chose in the last moment the cheapest w parking lot. The advert said about old patrician house. When a patrician serves your breakfast you want to forget about self serving refractories at Mc_ for the roughly the same price. But if you buy sweetened water at the price of milk.... And breakfasts were with a soft classical music background. I don't think is the owner attention to detail but I heard a piece of Romanian rhapsody. Me being romanian. Mind blowing

The facilities are great as it is also a recently built Ibis Budget Hotel. Lobby area is very spacious and the bar are a plus as you can also seat outside and enjoy the good weather. to the city center is a 15/20 minutes nice walking or less than 10 minutes if you rent a bike.

Ibis budget is the same everywhere. Thats a good thing because you know what to expect. A clean but small room for a reasonable price.
