The bed was comfortable, and I had a good view to one of the nearby streets. The staff was extra nice and efficient. The breakfast was nice and quite rich. Also, from my room, I could hear the church carillion playing beautiful french songs.

Mechelen can be reached in just over a 20-minute car journey. Very helpful front of staff, location was a bit further out of leuvan than we had anticipated. Lovely breakfast, great shower and clean but basic room. A kettle in the room would have been a nice addition.

This hotel offers free WiFi, a on site restaurant and reception open 24 hours. Bicycle rental services to explore the area are also available. I liked the idea of the Snack Bar being open 24/7.
