I’m experienced traveler and here in Wrocław not for the first time, but that’s my first experience here in Ibis. I was amazed with a professionalism of the check-in desk staff, with the good looking number, with a coffee machine Nespresso and The Rituals cosmetic. Also I would to pint out that the number (1108) was super tidy, clean and comfortable. Also I was pretty surprised with a possibility to use a mini bar for free, that’s really nice especially if you have a late night check in.

Flat was according to the expectations, one of the cheapest options during Wrocław Christmas Market. It's in a calm area and just 15 min cab from the center. Check-in was convenient and maybe even too quick, if it's just to hand over the key I would suggest to install a self check in box. The flat is brand new, big and comfortable.

In the past I had very negative and unpleasant memories of staying in Ibis hotels in Poland. I was shocked to see how positively Ibis has changed. I'd definitely recommend Ibis in 2023 - Ibis breakfasts used to be disgusting, but now they're a model of a good breakfast. The coffee from the machine is not still at an acceptable level, but everything else is great! Well done, Ibis! Keep it up!
