New, peaceful, super clean place next to the old city. The owner and staff super nice . Breakfast is not available, but the owner recommended us nearby restaurant and it we were fully satisfied

Lovely heritage inn! My room is inside a historic building and there even is a museum next door (which I did not visit). The room is decorated so nicely in a lot of detail and has everything I needed: Tea/coffee station, towels, shower gel&shampoo. It's right in the middle of the historic city centre so within walking distance of all the attractions. I wish I could have stayed longer! Staff was very welcoming and offered me coffee and dates which I appreciated after a long ride in the car. Thank you also to the guy who helped me clean my car when some splash had gotten there over night!

The location is excellent. It is 5 minutes walk to the Souq and fort so there is no need to find parking. It's very private with a beautiful green outdoor garden. There are many places close by to walk to and it is in a central location. The host is very accommodating and communication was excellent.

We really loved the old style of the room, it felt authentic and on top our room had a view of the wall which we didnt realize at first. The location is perfect, everything is walking distance from the fort and the souks. Friendly staff who took good care of us!

It s an amazing place to stay in Nizwa. The motel is a 300 years old house belonging to the grandmother of the current owner, Haitham. Haitham takes very good care of the place. It is modernized and has everything u need. The rooms are small but it makes the experience even more authentic. The rooftop is gorgeous. Haitham spent 6 months building a very nice spot made of bamboo and wooden material with a red carpet and some pillows where you can chillax and enjoy the view of Nizwa fortress. It also has a private parking
