10/10 – The Best Hotel We’ve Ever Stayed In! We had the pleasure of staying at three places in Nizwa, and this was by far the best! Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. It’s spotlessly clean, feels brand new, and the rooms are incredibly large—perfect for small families. The host was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such kindness and warmth. They truly made us feel welcome and cared for, which added so much to the experience. Their hospitality was unparalleled, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their guests. We’ve traveled extensively and stayed in countless hotels, but this one easily ranks as the best we’ve ever stayed in. The only regret we have is not being able to enjoy it for longer. We checked in late and sadly missed out on spending more time in the charming outdoor seating areas. A huge thank you to the host for creating such a wonderful and memorable experience. We hope to return soon, and next time, we’ll make sure to arrive earlier!

Everything was amazing, the hotel itself is perfectly decorated, it is charming and kept the omani style. The beds are confortable, the breakfast was great even tho I dont usually like buffets. Location couldnt be better. The staff was very nice and helpful to us, would 100% recommend, would definetly come again

This was absolutely the best spot. It was private and only a 5 minute walk to the Nizwa souq. The place was clean and tidy with nice personal touches. The host was very easy to deal with and welcoming.

Great hotel in historic city centre, near every Nizwa's places of interest. I booked a single bedroom(2 nights), very neat and tidy hotel/room with charming old city style. Owner and personal were really easy going and helpful. 10/10 experience.
